Comment collapses and expands now work on Matrix (matrix.gvid.tv)

I linked a thread where you can see it in action. It's also a fitting thread for it being KIlldozer day.

Before the collapse button didn't do anything. On Matrix I'm using it as a playground for playing with Xtreme programming. One of the rules of the Xtreme paradigm is to implement features in order of immediate need. And so the UI prototyping sat there for a long time with it doing nothing.

But I've sufficiently pushed out the frontier of need that I can now knock off the little things that need implementation.
