Mga corruption scandals natin sa infra usually involve unconstitutionality (such as overpricing, preferred bidders sa ZTE scandal), may mga umaalma na sectors (fisherfolks in Laguna involving the scrapped megadike highway), or just poorly designed but not hazardous (footbridges).
