Hi, I saw the language selector and I wonder how that works, because I don't see anywhere where you can filter by language.
Are there any plans to allow filtering content by language like others (e.g., Mastodon) do? That would be really useful so I can choose to see content only in languages I understand. Or does something like that already exist but I haven't found it?

Yes, language filtering should be implemented soon. It's quite important considering the scale of federation we have.
I have tried few alternatives to reddit and found kbin ui smoothest.
There are however few issues, thankfully very minor, like having to scroll to the end of the main post to comment and scrolling up a comment to up/downvote.
Is there any possibility of fixing them like adding the reply button at the end of the main post body and moving the up and down vote buttons to the bottom beside the boost button? Thanks!
This is amazing and right in line with how I expect the boost/upvote/downvote system to work. Thank you so much, I’ll be mindful to continue boosting the best comments and threads so people keep finding /kbin!
Please could you explain this in terms that don't reference other Fediverse systems? I don't use Lemmy or Mastodon so I'm not really sure what this means.
(Edit: ignore this point, I've just discovered that "Active" is a sort category, like "Hot", "Newest", etc.) ~~For example what is the "Active" list? I'm guessing the list of posts that are shown on the front page? or do you mean it will push my profile to the start of the "Active People" section on the right-hand sidebar?~~
And if I understand correctly, the "boosts" section on my profile is viewable to everyone? Also, is there a way to unboost posts? It seems that when I click the boost button again the number of boosts goes down, but the post is not removed from my profile.
For upvotes, these only change the number that is shown on the post itself? So people will not be able to see the list of posts that I have upvoted?
