I had a very good day today, only two. But fuck I hate them. They’ve made me not answer any private or unknown numbers, meaning I’ve missed some calls I should have taken.

Wow, worse than me. I generally get around 1 or 2 a day, maybe sometimes 3 or 4.

I either ignore, or if bored I'll put on a fake voice and give a fake name and try and waste their time a bit.

1. Set message service with a 0 second recorded message so when they call it records them instantly.
2. Keep phone on aeroplane mode (you can turn Wi-Fi and Bluetooth back on).
3. After a few days/weeks turn aeroplane mode off, see all the missed call messages... laugh at the pathetic automated voices and sounds of sweatshop call centre background noises.

This is why I divert all my calls to voicemail. I only turn off the divert if I'm expecting a call. It's stupid that in 2023 the telcos can't fix this problem. Isn't this one of the reasons why we need 100 points of ID to get a mobile number?
