I would totally use it to sneak down to the kitchens at night. Midnight snacks, anyone?

I really need a new outfit to wear on this date... I don't have a sewing machine here, I bet I can find a book on Seamless sewing in the library. Also some transfiguration spells to modify the materials I have in colors and such if needed.

Oops, just realized I made this as a second comment instead of a add on to my original, ah well, I'll just leave 2 to match my interest

Being an 11 year old coming from a muggle family and walking into a library holding information about everything magical you never knew about... I would likely find myself there trying to find new spells all the time. "It's Luna's birthday tomorrow, I wish I had her favorite color icing for a cake, I bet there is a spell I can use to dye it that color" "I wonder if I could make the cake look like a magical creature and animate it to fly around the room, breath fire and have her blow out the fire when it lands like candles...."
