It's not officially sold in Switzerland. I could order it to a german adress but I would also need a german payment method which I dont have.

Can't you buy from a third-party store? I can find it at FNAC marketplace here in Portugal, although it's also available from Steam directly
I haven't found any third party stores with steam decks in stock. There are some who sold the old model so maybe in some time there will also be OLED versions available.
Maybe Steam will be gracious enough to release the Steam Deck 2 in Australia if we’re never going to get this one.
