I love Big Mom, it's villains like her who make One Piece worth watching.
I don't give a rat's ass about Kaido though.
If I may ask, what about her do you like?
I don't personally care for either of them 1 way or the other. Both fleshed out to some extent, but neither were really compelling to me.
Kaido is stereotypical tough guy.
Big Mom is just so out there, you'll struggle to mention any character like her who isn't a witch side character. I also love the way she speaks, her backstory, their entire sweets theme, her cartoony devil fruit that is also immensely evil, the ridiculous amount of sons and daughters.
I agree with that take, while Kaido was the tough guy with a child he suppressed (he even treated Jack better than his child Yamato), seems to me like a backstory is missing there ... Big mom seems like a crazy disney villain + pirate eventho we do not know about her deeds in rocks age.
