Well kinda yeah, I'm against pre-ordering as a practice, but on the other hand those PlayStation ports tend to be nice, I mean better than Ubisoft games anyway

There's no real reason to prepurchase. It's a digital good, not going out of stock. Just wait for pc reviews.
