TL;DW: See where the stick figure is in the thumbnail? Assuming you can get past the armed guards who’ll likely kill you before you can even get close to the storage pool, don’t get as close to the fuel as it is. Stay within a few feet of the surface and don’t touch anything that isn’t water, and you’ll probably be okay.
Holy short attention span Batman. It's a 4 minute video. If you think this is too long and therefor didn't watch it, please think about reducing your screen time and maybe reading a book or something. That short of an attention span is not healthy.
Or maybe some people aren't in a position where they can watch a video?
