Which would you keep if you could only keep one? I agonized between my inner hoodlum wanting the Triple 765 and my mature side wanting the Speed Twin 1200. Maturity won out in the end LOL. Yours are both beautiful bikes and I think you’ve figured it out with having both.

I recently parted with the Triple unfortunately. I put 25,000 miles on it in the time I had it and the Speed Twin fills a very similar niche. I’ve got a kid on the way so really couldn’t justify keeping both. Next triple I get will likely be a Tiger 900 Gt Pro. I’ve done some touring on the STR but I’m looking for something with a little more comfort for longer trips. That’s likely a few years down the line however.

Sorry to hear about the bike, but congrats on the kid. They’ll be more fun than the bike anyway :-)!
