Hello All! I am a Reddit refugee wanting to moderate and start a dedicated Cincinnati Reds community. Please join me in what I promise to be an experience driven by you with the content you want to see. More to come on that later.

First, I have no moderating experience so I am looking for someone who does who can teach me.

Thanks for making this community. One thing I'll note is maybe at some point could migrate (ie. Set up a new one) the community to fanaticus.social

Seems to be a sports instance. Performance could be better than here on world. Just need to see if they have staying power.

Absolutely. Whatever is best for this community long term going forward. Honestly, I have no interest in moderating the sub long term. I was just trying to get the ball rolling.

Definitely appreciate it. I too am moderating a sub or two without any real long term plans for them. Just had the same thought that we should have something going over here.

Guess we'll wait and see. I would have to find out more about that instance I think but it seems a few big ones (CFB, etc.) have set up shop there.
