They are fixing 6 rapidly its awesome to see. By the time kubuntu 24.04 is out it should be pretty stable.
@[email protected] @[email protected] kubuntu 24.04 won't include plasma 6 but a not so well maintained plasma 5 session unfortunately

Personally, I found #Plasma6 unusable on my machine as an upgrade (huge issue was that window management was totally screwed up)
I installed Kubuntu 23.04 and now things are smooth sailing.
