There is [email protected] , but that seems like a more casual community with memes. Is there one that is more focused on information with tips, strategies, and personal stories? I feel like that would be a really important community to have on Lemmy, if not already made

I referenced that exact community in my post though, that it was a community with a lot of memes, not very similar to the r/ADHD community on Reddit

Sorry, I posted the wrong one, should have been [email protected] the r/adhdwomen subreddit was created for the same reason
