I gave up fast food for chinese buffets. I get a lot more variety, I can eat as much as I want and the price is reasonable. I'm done with waiting at drive-thrus or lines just to be served greasy bags of underwhelming quality.

I don't think they were comparing it to being healthier, just more variety, and you can eat as much as you want for a more reasonable price than fast food. Which is true, right?
