yep, the ones I am finding are freezing. Usually better than this though. And like, even at dorms i'm on uni internet anyway lool.
You tried connecting to a vpn? Or is the bandwidth in your uni just shit
turned on a vpn and i'm still having some issues, idk if it's that. found a stream that so far seems somewhat stable though.
it's working fine now, think it might just be bad luck or smth.
granted, i have to move buildings in like 5 minutes lol
