OSM AND, and various other apps use Open Street Map (www.openstreetmap.org)
You can download the "premium" version for free from F-Droid
Or you can have it for free if you contribute to #OpenStreetMap https://www.osmand.net/docs/user/plugins/osm-editing#free-map-updates-for-mappers @[email protected]
