I know there's candies and whatnot, but what if you're hungry at 3pm? If you go into the great hall and sit down, would food appear? How would I get a snack at 9am? Do they have like... Wizard Goldfish crackers? Like maybe giant squid crackers, lol. I'm rarely hungry at "meal times" so Hogwarts might be a problem for me.

As a picky eater who doesn't eat like a regular person, I probably would have starved to death at Hogwarts. My parents would have had to send me food packages every week.

I got the impression there is quite varied pick of different foods at every mealtime, so you could be just fine.

You would think that, but it's not likely, lol.

If you couldn't pick a tasty meal at Hogwarts... I honestly feel for you.

Absolutely nothing that was listed in the books is something that I will eat. Potlucks and bbqs suck for me, food-wise. I always eat before I go anywhere that is providing food, or I bring my own food.

I imagine there is more options than what Harry and his close circle eat. I wonder if there is an option to make requests through teachers if there are kids with special dietary needs, there would have to be optioms for them.

I tend to think that in the magic world dietary restrictions are probably not a thing. If there’s a potion that makes you turn into a clone of someone else I’m sure there’s a cure for IBS lol.

Maybe. But I, myself, would never ask for special treatment from an organization/event when it's not an allergy. I don't even like asking restaurants for alterations. My mom used to make my school lunch nearly every day all the way through high school because I would only eat the pizza and Italian dunkers from the school, nothing else.

I've gotten used to being hungry, honestly.
