There was a region or version of CSGO where they lied down and surrendered instead of dying. I can't find any information on it now though.
German Half Life 1 had the assasins sit down and shake their heads instead of dying
This was also for security and science personnel. Iirc it was in Deathmatch and CS 1.6 as well.
