Absolutely no disrespect, but I've lived all over and never heard of this. Is this a community salt bin?
We place them near steep or narrow streets which are challenging for our plows, and move them as needed. You can always request one on 311.
Huh well TIL doubt my request will go through though as I'm in Dallas TX but thanks for answering.
