Sorry to see Ray go but since Mariners ownership sucks, it had to be done to field s competent team.

The Mariners seem to have such a solid and fun core, it's a shame that ownership isn't willing to spend more

Yep. And during their rebuild, we were assured again and again that they would spend when the window was open. Here they are, wide open window, and nothing. Very frustrating as a fan
