The ship was denied because there were stink bugs on the ship. Australian biosecurity laws are very strong.
Thanks for saving us all a click. And good on the Aussies for protecting their ecosystems (and probably crops too to be fair).
Yeah, those stink bugs are a major problem in Canada now
We have them in New England now too. I’m not sure if they damage crops in our area, but they all try to get through our (quite necessary) mosquito screens in the fall. Somehow a few seem to squeeze under and then we find them in our curtains.
At least they move slowly
