Does anyone know if this has any impact on arbitration salaries? Someone young like Carroll making it first team already is awesome but I wonder if it affects his pay like a Rookie of the Year award does.
I don't know, but Carroll already signed that huge extension with the D-backs that allowed them to avoid the arbitration process. But I'm also curious if it would impact the arbitration
Ah I forgot Carroll already signed an extension. Still though, would be interesting to know after the new CBA rules.
