Soooo many, but here are my top 5

  1. The Daily Beans - News. With Swearing
  2. Cognitive Dissonance - Two shouty atheists talk about stuff
  3. The Skepticrat - Funny hot takes on the news
  4. Behind the Bastards - All about the worst people
  5. NPR Politics - 90% American, 10% international, but still about America

I've been listening to CogDis since they had something like six episodes. It's great seeing how far they've come.

I just added Cognitive Dissonance to my podcast feed. Are there any standout episodes that you would recommended grabbing?

Attempting to ping @[email protected] so they see this question too. Is that a thing on lemmy?

Eh, they mostly talk about current events. Try looking for episodes that released shortly after certain events your curious to get their opinion on.

I was coming back to suggest just this. Beat me too it! Also to add that they have a YouTube channel that is still up (there is some controversy) that you amy enjoy too.

My inbox didn't notify me of a post, but went looking for that sweet reward of engagement. CogDis has call backs but it's very much about what's in the news at the time. I went back about a year when I found them during a road trip across America. Things really changed during the Trump years, not for the worse but the focus shifted from New Atheists type content and more toward US politics. They have crossover episodes with other podcasts that are a real hoot! Maybe go back for those?
