I don’t think most people understand exploitation, profits and the labor theory of value.
When they say that “ditty”, they mean their “boss”, or usually manager gets well paid and they don’t, so they will “waste” company money shitting during work-hours.
The fact that you're trying to explain this to me means you don't get it.
