without a doubt, self analyses and critical thinking, along with cannabis use and creative outlet, have been the best coping mechanism to deal with life stuff.

edit: to add. (these are not coping mechanism but behaviour choices that have a positive feedback loop with the coping mechanisms.) a 5km walk everyday, lots of fruits and veggies in your diet, lots of water drinking, no alcohol, no artificial juice.
