Hey, serious question: does anyone actually use this, and is it actually helpful to residents? Or is it more of a vanity project? From what I’ve read about it (fairly high prices, catering to upper end/first-class experiences), it sounds like the latter, but I also have only seen a handful of articles on the thing, and don’t live in FL.

The Miami to Orlando service has just started and currently there is only one terminal (West Palm Beach) between those cities. There's bound to be greater utilization when additional stops are constructed. I heard on a TV news report that they were operating at 75% capacity (I was surprised at the number).
