Waiters get like $3 or $4 an hour even though the minimum wage is $7 ( which is also super low )
So the answer is "pay the waiters more", not "tip more".
Yeah but the US government is never going to force companies to do that . At least in Canada it over $13 but that's still way to low . I get $16 and have to work a second job doing newspaper and amazon deliveries just to get by
