Also a Reddit refugee. Been T1 for 64 years since 1959, on MDI and finger pricks. Where I live CGM’s are not subsidised, and the cost is too much for me. I keep very stable and log every blood test. My daily average for the past 3 months is 132 (7.3) determined from 6-7 tests/day. Due for a HbA1c check soon. I calculate my expected HbA1c from the test values, it’s very close most times.

Thanks. I never posted much at "the old place", but did make great friendships with a couple of T1’s on there, hopefully we’ll be able to continue, though I guess it depends on what happens on/after July 1.
