This is a topic I really like and wanted to share some things about.

The U.S government has admitted to the existence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP). These typically look like flying objects that don't necessarily follow the laws of physics as we know them. They move faster than the speed of sound, but somehow don't create a sonic boom.
The Verge: Read the Pentagon’s UFO Report to Congress

This topic has gained infinitely more traction this decade than the 7 decades previously combined. We are getting congress hearings, there are scientific facilities that are genuinely looking for UAP such as The Galileo Project .

There is currently an extremely credible government whistle-blower who claims that the U.S has captured non human space craft. His name is David Grusch and he was allowed by the DOD to supply his classified evidence to Congress to match his claims. Unfortunately, the public does not have access to this. But the UFO community implores it's followers to contact their representatives to force Congress to investigate these claims.
There's so much to this topic and really compelling evidence. There's a few things that are really rock solid: UFOs are here and we the public don't know anything about them. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the topic.

If you want to hear a possible debunk. I hope the guy doesn't sound too condescending (he made many videos about it, so maybe he is getting tired of it or something), but I think he's pretty smart.
I can't help myself from thinking about the "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence" quote.
Also, the "UFOs" term is weird in the sense that some people use it to describe shit we don't recognize in the sky and other people use it to refer to an alien spaceship/drone whatever. I'm guessing you mean the latter since, for me, it's logic that they are many occasion that we don't understand/recognize something from afar.
Personally, I don't think we are visited by aliens. I wouldn't be surprised if there's life out there somewhere, since the universe is huge in a ridiculous way, but life could range from bacteria or whatever, to animal, to "super smart" being that aren't able to coexist and live on a planet full or resource while being on the verge of bankruptcy.
UFOs are certainly here and it was the 2004 U.S.S Nimitz encounter that got me into the topic. It wasn't until 2021 that this stuff was declassified and relased for the public, but there was an encounter with that Aircraft Carrier with something they call the a Tic Tac. It was picked up on both Radar and visually and really started this trend with getting congress involved.
60 minutes did an episode on this, but this here is a much shorter article.

A big issue in the UFO community is jumping to conclusions about what these are, but I try to avoid that. It could be so many things; such as secret military technology from China. But the thing is that whatever UFOs are, they are here.
thunderf00t also has a video on the 60 minutes one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCH7BWGpl5s
Is that the one where it was possibly just a duck?
I think it's good to not assume they are aliens, but at the same time, sometimes it was just birds, planes or the moon.
I didn't click on your 1st link, but I freaking love thunderf00t.
Not at all. It was an object that was flying over 1000 MPH and keeping up with the jets launched from the aircraft carrier. The original video is pretty cool.

Me too! and we don't have to agree on everything.
Yeah, that's the one. I think thunderf00t explained that it was like the plane moving at 1000 MPH or whatever, not the object. Maybe like if you drive at 100 MPH in a car, and you say "holy shit, that stop sign just flew by".
