No. I didn't sign anything like that when I got my car. No spying on me and using it against me.

Good news! We retroactively updated out TOS so all the spying weve been doing is now automatically agreed on!

Would not surprise me if Must tried to get his product labeled as a service. Service providers have so much control over their consumer base that it must make musk drool.
