All things Death Metal.

You know what to do: spread gory rhapsodies, uncover hidden talents, share thoughts about the evolution of the genre.

Rules

Band - Song Title [Location, Year] [FFO: Band 1, Band 2, Band 3]

Example: Bolt Thrower - World Eater [England, 1989] [FFO: Benediction, Hail of Bullets, Memoriam]

FFO means “For Fans Of” and is not always needed, but can be very helpful in promoting lesser known bands.

Love Outre-Tombe! Great this style of death metal becoming popular. Scandinavian death metal is best death metal. People should also check out their last full length from 2021. Excited for more.

I like how each Outre-Tombe album feels like it pulls a little more influence from different bands without sounding like a carbon copy. Répurgation sounds like Pestilence, Nécrovortex sounds like Entombed, and Abysse mortifère sounds like Autopsy.

Yeah it definitely gives each of their albums a unique feel. Though they're not afraid to splerge within an album, like the very Autopsy Psychose toxique from Répurgation.
