Do you have angled roots? If yes, the surgery will probably take a while and you will totally not be in the mood for the concert anyway.
If you instead have tiny roots, they just have to cut the gums a bit and the tooth will pop out. Worst case of going to the concert would be bleeding? Take some gauze balls with you to put on the cut if that happens.
