Sheesh! A month too? Did you find someone Rivian certified out of curiosity?
Yes, there is one certified shop in my area and I used them. According to them, Rivian recommends replacing the bumper and wheel flares if they have to be removed as there is some watertight seal that is destroyed upon removal. So ultimately they ended up replacing the front panel of the truck, the front bumper and both wheel flares (as well as the internal support brackets) just due to those scratches. Kinda crazy.
I'm hoping this gets better with time. More parts available and more experienced techs
