A bit off topic, but will the game really only support be locked to 60fps on PC? If so that’s DOA for me and a no buy :(

If true it would annoy me. But i don't believe it's true.
Can't you just lock the fps rate in Nvidia's control panel to any value (or at least to 30 or 60 fps) for every single game itself?
