How many PTO days do European's get a year? I'd like to compare to where I'm at after starting a new job here in the US (US native).

UK.

28 days PTO plus bank holidays.

28 days full-pay self-certificate sick leave.

6 months full pay with Dr's cert, beyond that 50% pay for 24 months.
