Very true. Also... -The one who does the job right becomes the go-to person. -Loyalty to a job only benefits the person making the profit. -"We're a family atmosphere" = Stockholm syndrome

if you become too good at something the chances of promotion out of that position become smaller
You are always replaceable
if a coworker quits or is fired don't start doing his job unless you want 2x the work for 1x the pay -No, you don't know how to do IT work
