I want to know if there are any good FOSS email apps on android ? I use gmail and outlook generally for mails for work/office purpose !

K-9 seems promising, it is acquired by thunderbird and planning to become thunderbird bird mobile. It has office 365 support, but IIRC it is pretty convoluted to add a office 365. https://www.f-droid.org/en/packages/com.fsck.k9/

Another alternative is fairmail: https://www.f-droid.org/en/packages/eu.faircode.email/ , developed by the developer of netguard.
