Vertical mice. I had occasional wrist pain from using a computer, which was annoying since then I'd had to take a break from the computer for about a day to recover. Got a vertical mouse and haven't had any issues since. Took maybe a day to get used to it too.

I used to use a vertical mouse, but then I tried the handshoe mouse and found it to be a lot better. I wasn't good at using the vertical mouse, but had no problems with this hybrid.

I've since moved on to just ergonomic mice. Currently using a logitech mx master 3 and it's the best mouse I've ever had.
