PhotoSync is a great one for downloading your photos library.

I use it to sync my iCloud Photos to my local NAS for a peace of mind backup.
For files - as the other person said just copy and paste from the folder on your desktop.
When you sync to your NAS do Live Photos sync properly?
Yes it sync’s a .HEIC and .MP4 file for each Live Photo.
But can a HEIC and MP4 file be converted back to a Live Photo? It couldn’t last time I tried, so I’ve stuck with iCloud Photos.
