Just curious to gauge how many Lemmy users utilize bitwig as their main DAW? As well, what kind of music genres do you tend to make? Post some of your material if you're down! I'll start:

Mostly do bass music at 88bpm, dnb at 172bpm, and guitar centric music at whatever bpm feels right. Here's twos tracks I have made with Bitwig:

I use Bitwig to make EDM(?) with metal guitars/drums.

I have released only 4 songs for now, but the 5th is almost done.

Spotify

Sadly i don't have many listeners – Maybe because i don't really enjoy the self-promotion part, maybe because my music sucks 🤷🏻‍♂️

Nice dude! I just checked out aqua Steve's doom, pretty cool track! Did you use strictly bitwig native plugins? Either way, id love to collab sometime if you're down!

Thx man! ☺️

Yeah, sure. I'm willing to collab. Your stuff seems like you have a good ear/feel for music, so why not 🤷🏻‍♂️

I used a lot of (free) vst's. Now i know that i probably could have done a lot of that easily with Bitwig devices, but i didn't know how back then.

I used amp-sims for guitar. I think it was Ignite Amps Emissary & Nadir. And i used EzDrummer Drumkit From Hell, which sadly is not cheap.

Most of the guitar recording i did in Reaper.fm; Because Bitwig 3.* did not have good comping back then. Now it does though. Afterwards i pulled the clean DI-Tracks into Bitwig.
