That shit would hardly stop a soccer ball kicked by a child.
Maybe it would protect them from an fpv, assuming the drone team forgot to strap the bomb to it.
Makes it much easier for the drone operator to get all of the passengers with the shrapnel.
I doubt that soccer goal net is enough to trigger the payload of a drone. Depending on how the drone was built, it might, but even if it didn't you'll still have only two guys in a golf cart which is pretty easy target even with ak47 over 300 meters.
Many of the FPV drones appear to have a remote detonation ability now. There's quite a few videos of them landing drones next to russians playing possum. Then detonating them when they move.
