One easy way OpenSUSE could be made 5000% more friendly to gamers with NVidia cards: PACKAGE THE DAMN NEW FEATURE BRANCH DRIVERS ALREADY. Post version 550 drivers have been out of beta for almost a year now and everyone who wants to be able play games on Wayland or use any moderately graphic-intense program without putting up with a bunch of flickering and glitches are still waiting for it. And don't bullshit me with the "the production branch is more stable" excuse because it is not.
Edit: It has now finally been solved. Version 570 is now available as of 30 Jan 2025.
For the record - 570.86 is now packaged for Tumbleweed.
