WTYP podcast did an episode on the Killdozer guy. The main argument was apparently over an illegal septic system he had installed, that didn't work and he was pumping the waste out into a stream behind his property. He's not the folk hero people think he is, but I gotta admit the story is still pretty entertaining and I still wanna root for him.

Also he screwed up his design because the bulldozer ended up overheating.
