Edit: I found it. I’m not going to link it here because Jesus fucking Christ is it triggering. He says exactly what they quote in the video. Honestly, don’t watch it.
I totally agree for under 18. If you aren't old enough to drink, you aren't old enough to get fucking chopoff surgery. Period.
Nobody's doing that. The only gender affirming surgeries done on minors are for cis minors (e.g. breast implants, facial reconstruction).
Minors need hormones, which are noncontroversial, but this also bans.
