Honestly, if a person calls themselves a king or a queen I just hear narcissist. It's weird as fuck.

Agreed, but I only saw people calling other people king or queen. So for this meme, it's meant that straight men say: all women are queens/if she breathes she is a thot, while the straight women say all men are kings/if he breathes, he is a simp.
