I recently moved into a neighborhood with a bunch of kids and decided to be "that house" that did full sized candy bars.
I was disappointed to learn that the neighbors don't do trick or treating.
I genuinely feel like that is one of the dying north American traditions
Yeah....I sort of get it.
The parents were telling me they'd rather do a trunk or treat or go to a party.
That way the kids aren't running all around and almost getting hit by cars.
I got 10 kids last year if I remember right. I'll get a much smaller box of candy this year.
