They'll likely post an updated version during maintenance but for now this is what's been released about the upcoming changes.

Sadly didn't see anything about increasing the number of glamour plates. We now have more jobs than glamour plates, so if you have one glam per job, something has to share, and you have no room for casual glams. And that's before you factor in DoH/DoL jobs.

Glamour plates would need to accompany server changes, and there's already too much of that happening with this maintenance to be risky/overwhelming. I'm anticipating them in 7.1

Fair point. Personally I'd love to see you be able to save a glamour against a gear set as well so you can use your glamour plates for everything else. But with gear sets being stored client side rather than server side that probably won't happen.
