That sounds like a challenge to Congress' authority over interstate commerce.
Meatball Ron is like 0 & 12 in Federal courts. There should be a federal three strikes law on signing unconstitutional bills into law.
I know that it’d be a dangerous precedent, but it’d be nice if Congress could pass a single-instance law requiring the replacement of a state government that is clearly operating outside the Constitution.
