I mean a full end revamp like what they did to the nether not some end city's dotted around
Yeah, they added those forever ago, we really need a quality update. The end has huge potential imo, although that also mean it could take a while...
Yer it could definitely take a while I mean when they updated the nether they had a foundation but with the end all they have is floating endstone islands
I don't care how long it takes as long as when it happens, they make it so phantoms only spawn in the end (I know it won't happen please don't squash my dreams)
/gamerule doInsomnia false
No more phantoms. I hate those things.
I know phantoms suck, but making them a natural spawning end mob would be much worse, imo, not better. At least now they only exist if the player forgets/chooses not to sleep.
I'd much rather have to worry about whether I've slept/reset spawn recently on the rare occasion that I go to the end than for it to always be on my mind when doing stuff in the overworld. Just personal preference.
There is a way to get around phantoms without doing /gamerule click on your bed and then get out and it will reset
When I first started playing Minecraft, I didn't even know what the bed did. Every time I died, I came back at spawn. By the time I learned about beds, I was used to playing that way, which gave dying more consequence. Phantoms broke that play style so that's why I'm sad. I guess I could just make my bed always obstructed.
