(Grom is waving its tendrils around, most of them have chunks of ice on the ends of them. The abomination goo is swarming over it and wrapping around it)

(Close-up on one of Grom's legs as it's grabbed by a tendril of abomination goo)

(Some of the students remaining in the stands watch as Grom tendrils are grabbed by abomination tendrils)

(The abomination goo is encompassing more and more of Grom. It roars as it's nearly completely enclosed)

(Close up on Luz's face. Her eyes are closed and she holds an ice glyph card up in front of her)

(Wider shot and we see Luz is floating in midair, drawing a large spell circle around herself with her staff)

(Luz's hand tosses the ice glyph card into the air)

Panel 4
(Stringbean on the staff is glowing and being pulled back)

Panel 5
(Luz's eyes are glowing white with magic. She swings her staff down and slams it into the ice glyph card. A huge spray of ice bursts out from the card)

(Grom is frozen inside a giant block of jagged ice)

(Luz and Amity stand at the entrance to the arena, holding their staffs. A few students are peering over the edge at them. We see a small bit of the frozen Grom at the edge of the panel)
Amity: That should do it.

(Close-up on Amity)
Amity: Now we wait for Milan to-

Panel 4
(Amity stops talking and looks to the side)
Luz (off-panel): Ayzee!!!

Panel 5
(Luz is rushing towards Ayzee, who is sitting up amongst the rubble)
Luz: Are you alright?

(Ayzee holds her hand to her head in pain, there is a bruise over her left eye. She is surrounded by fallen rocks)
Ayzee: Ugh, my head.

(Ayzee lowers her hand and squints)

(An out-of-focus shot of Luz and Amity running towards the viewer)
Luz: Ayzee!

(Ayzee looks stunned)

Ayzee (angrily): Grom!

(Pandora and Jay leap out of their seats towards the arena)
Pandora: Ayzee!!

Mr. Ironguts (running towards Ayzee): Hey kid! You good?

(A large foot of Grom's slams down to the floor in front of Mr. Ironguts)

Panel 4
Mr. Ironguts (looking up in horror): No way.

Panel 5
(Grom has grown larger, with many tendrils coming off of it, and it its center is a large mouth with a huge tounge sticking out. It is roaring loudly)

(We see the crowd in the stands. They are running from or being grabbed by various Grom tendrils. Bump is blocking one with an abomination shield)
Random Student (wrapped in tendril): Help!!

Panel 2
(Pandora turns to see a student behind her grabbed by a tendril. Another tendril is touching its forehead and the student's eyes are glowing blue)
Trapped Student: No!!

Panel 3
(Jay looks in fear at a third student who has been captured. Grom has taken the form of someone who is pointing at the student while the student screams)
Grom-Figure: Son, I'm disappointed.

Panel 4
(Pandora and Jay are fighting almost back to back, with tendrils coming at them from all directions. Pandora is using the plant bonded to her head, while Jay has a blast of fire coming from her hand)
Pandora: Don't let it touch you!
Jay: Why is this thing getting stronger?

(Mr. Ironguts is surrounded by Grom tendrils. He has an angry expression on his face and is still holding onto his sword)
Mr. Ironguts: Leave my students alone!

Panel 2
(A large tendril lashes out and wraps around Mr. Ironguts, with a small piece of it knocking the sword out of his hand)
Mr. Ironguts: Ahh!!

Panel 3
(Mr. Ironguts is held in place while a small tendril approaches his head. He looks terrified)
Mr. Ironguts: No, not again.

Panel 4
(A small card with an ice glyph drawn on it flies in from off-panel and embeds itself into the tendril just before it reaches Mr. Ironguts)
Mr. Ironguts: !!!

Panel 5
(The glyph card activates and the end of the tendril is completely enclosed in a block of ice)

(Several ice glyph cards are shown flying through the air)

(We see several students from the crowd that were being held up by Grom tendrils. All of the tendrils are being frozen and broken apart by blocks of ice with glyph cards at the center)

(Pandora and Jay are looking up as we see tendrils around them also being frozen by ice chunks)

(Luz and Amity {still dressed as Azura and Hecate} are leaping into action side-by-side with determined looks on their faces. Luz has an ice glyph card held between her teeth, and another between her fingers ready to throw. She's holding her staff with Stringbean behind her. Amity has a spell circle in front of her hand, and a tendril of abomination goo extending out from her. She also holds her staff with Ghost behind her)

(Mr. Ironguts casts a spell circle, causing the blade to light up with a flaming purple glow)

(Mr. Ironguts dives down into the Grom arena with his glowing purple sword)

(Mr. Ironguts jumps and slashes through a Grom tendril)

(Mr. Ironguts slices down, cutting another Grom tendril)

Mr. Ironguts (continuing to fight): Leave while you can, kid.

Ayzee (still stuck to the pillar): No, Mr. Ironguts! I can still fight!

(Ayzee struggles to pull herself free from the goo holding her to the pillar)

(From behind, Grom appears to notice something)

(Grom's "head" turns around and we see its "eyes" glowing with surprise)

Mr. Ironguts (worried): Oh no.

(Large cracks begin to run through the floor, as we see pillars underneath breaking)

(The principal looks down as the floor starts breaking underneath her)

Principal (worried): This can't be good.

(Ayzee is surrounded by falling rocks)

(Pandora and Jay are in the crowd, yelling in distress)

(Ayzee is sprawled on the ground, with chunks of rock around and on top of her. Her eyes are closed and she isn't moving)

(Another of Grom's tendrils hits Ayzee's arm, knocking the blade away)
Unknown (V.O.): You don't wanna fight Grom in close range.

(Ayzee is on one knee, her blade stuck in the ground nearby)
Unknown (V.O.): It is pretty much unwinnable.

(Ayzee has a slingshot, which she is pulling back to shoot towards Grom)

Panel 5
(Ayzee releases the slingshot. A beam of light is shown shooting by her)
Unknown (V.O.): And your glyph slingshot?

(Grom roars with anger, and despite a small tendril of smoke, doesn't appear to be damaged at all)

(Close-up on Ayzee's nervous face)

(We now flashback and see that the narration was Edric when he was talking to Ayzee earlier. He's holding her glyph slingshot with an unimpressed look on his face)
Edric: It won't do much against something as big as Grom.

Ayzee (tensely): So what exactly are my options here?

Edric (lecturing): I've got you covered.

Panel 7
Edric (reaching into his jacket): I call it-

Edric (holding up a giant rocket launcher with a giddy expression on his face): The Ed Ricochet 2000!

Ayzee (nonplussed): So I'll just...blow it up? Kinda lame, but okay.

(Ayzee holds the rocket launcher with a worried look)
Edric: Hey, if it works, it works.

(Back in the arena, Ayzee looks back over her shoulder at the purple tube slung there)
Edric (V.O.): Do you want to win, or what?

(Ayzee removes the cap from the tube, revealing the rocket launcher inside)

(Ayzee pulls the rocket launcher up out of the tube onto her shoulder)

(Close up on Ayzee's resolute face, the rocket launcher held next to her head)
Ayzee: Well, as my Mama says...

Ayzee (jumping into the air and yelling): Eat this!

Ayzee (landing and pointing the launcher at Grom): Sucker-

(The tendril presses her against a pillar and spreads out to hold her in place)

(Ayzee is trying to pull her hand free from the goo)
Ayzee: It's okay, it's okay! I can still-

(One of Grom's tendrils reaches out and touches Ayzee right in the center of her forehead. She stops moving and her eyes start glowing blue)

(Grom starts to recall the tendril)

(Ayzee has a panicked look on her face, as two forms start to rise up out of the top of Grom)
Ayzee: Oh no, oh no...

(The two forms resolve themselves to be Amity and Luz, smiling and waving)
Grom-Luz: Heyo!

Ayzee (distraught): [SIGH] Of course it's you two.

Panel 3
Grom-Amity (patronizing): It's fine if you can't defeat Grom, Sweetie.

Panel 4
Grom-Amity: We'll always love you, even when you are useless.

Panel 5
Grom-Luz: Ayzee. You don't have to be good at anything, you don't even need a job!

Panel 6
Grom-Luz (off-panel): You can live in our basement forever if you want to.
Ayzee: [AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH]

Grom-Amity: I mean, it's not like she can survive living on her own, anyway.
Grom-Luz: Hahah, yeah.

Ayzee (screaming in torment): Make it stoooop!!!

(In the crowd, Pandora and Jay look on in concern)
Grom-Amity (off-panel): Poor lil Ayzee needs our constant care.
Grom-Luz (off-panel): True.
